These Terms & Conditions establish the contractual relations between the company Μélisses Luxembourg S.AR.L.-S (Entrepreneur) and its customers. Any order sent to www.melisses-deli.com implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Any order placed by a customer on the www.melisses-deli.com website automatically entails their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by checking the box provided for this purpose. The customer has the option to change or not send her order at any time.

3. Products

All products are presented with their name, brand, content and quantity. The photos of the products are merely indicative since the presentation of the products can sometimes be modified without notice from the manufacturers. Photos of the products do not fall within the contractual scope and therefore, www.melisses-deli.com cannot be held responsible in this regard. The products presented on the site are generally available. However, a product may become unavailable between the moment of adding it to the basket and the final shipping of the order.

4. Price

All prices are shown in euro. The prices indicated on the www.melisses-deli.com site are inclusive of VAT that applies in Luxemburg and are valid on the day the site is consulted. The shipment of the order is free of charge for orders above 30€. Otherwise, the shipping cost is 8€.

5. Orders

We accept orders only from Luxembourg.

Any order less than €30 will be subject to a flat rate shipping cost of 8€.

www.melisses-deli.com reserves the right to contact the customer in the case of a large order in order to verify its accuracy.

www.melisses-deli.com reserves the right not to honor an order during a dispute with the customer.

6. Username and Password

The username and password will serve as an electronic signature when logging in the web site. The customer is solely responsible for her username and password. www.melisses-deli.com cannot be held responsible in the event of a loss and/or dishonest use resulting therefrom. However, in the event of forgetting the password, the customer has the option to find it and/or change it, if necessary.

7. Payment by credit card

We accept VISA and Mastercard cards. We provide you with the 3D Secure (3DS), an authentication method that provides an additional layer of authentication for credit card transactions, protecting against fraudulent actors. The order will only be accepted by the system after credit card verification.

8. Delivery

When registering, the customer will indicate the desired delivery address. Melisses Luxembourg ensure the delivery to all addresses listed in the land register of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Delivery charges apply as per the order section in www.melisses-deli.com website (see paragraph 4. Price).

After placing the order, www.melisses-deli.com will contact the customer to schedule the exact day and time of delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm. Bank Holidays are excluded. The exact time frame of the deliveries can be scheduled with the customer in advance.

In the event of a total cancellation due to non-delivery, www.melisses-deli.com will then refund the full amount of the order.

If the customer finds it impossible to receive the products on the day and at the time prior agreed with www.melisses-deli.com, she must notify www.melisses-deli.com as soon as possible, either by email or by telephone, at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

In the event of an unexpected absence on the part of the customer, www.melisses-deli.com will endeavor to leave the products either in front of or behind the house if weather conditions permit, or at the neighbor's house, leaving a note on the customer's post box.

In the event of force majeure and subject to prompt notification to the customer, www.melisses-deli.com will be released from delivery, without the customer being entitled to compensation. Likewise, for any legally recognized case of force majeure, the customer will be released from receipt of the planned delivery, subject to immediate notification to www.melisses-deli.com without right to compensation for www.melisses-deli.com .

The quality of the products is guaranteed by our services. Mélisses Luxembourg team deliver all shipments with its own means of transportation.

9. Reclamations

www.melisses-deli.com cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in the quality of the products after their delivery to the customer.

Once the period of 24 hours after delivery has passed, the customer will no longer be able to make any complaints, both regarding the conformity of the order and the condition of the products delivered. Any delivery will be considered compliant with the order.

www.melisses-deli.com cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material or immaterial or physical, which could result from the improper use of the products sold.

In the event of a dispute, www.melisses-deli.com will try to find a solution with the customer. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Luxembourg.

www.melisses-deli.com retains, for an unlimited period, all exchanges of electronic information relating to sales operations with the customer. This information will serve as proof in the event of a dispute with the customer.

10. Right of withdrawal

The customer has a right of withdrawal allowing her to return the goods without giving a reason. This right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Only undamaged products with original packaging will be refunded or exchanged. The buyer also undertakes to send a written withdrawal request by email to info@melisses-lu.com before returning the goods.
